The Problem
Existing live streaming apps overwhelmed creators with complex controls and failed to engage casual viewers with a passive experience.
The Solution
Created a minimal, creator-first interface with one-tap streaming, real-time emoji reactions, and a viewer engagement sidebar.
The Outcome
Design validated through 5 user testing sessions — creators rated setup time 4.7/5 for ease of use.
